Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (sealed food-grade alcoholic items), we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are available if:

  • You receive the wrong product

  • The item is damaged in transit

  • Your order is not delivered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence if applicable. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Custom-branded shots
