We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Here’s what you need to know:

Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses across the mainland UK only.

Delivery Timeframes

• Local deliveries (via our own transport): Usually within 2–3 working days

• National deliveries (via DPD, UPS, DX): 2–5 working days

• Pallet deliveries for bulk orders: Arranged separately, typically 3–7 working days

Costs
Shipping costs are included in all orders

Issues With Delivery
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (sealed food-grade alcoholic items), we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are available if:

• You receive the wrong product

• The item is damaged in transit

• Your order is not delivered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence if applicable. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or consumed products

• Custom-branded shots
